Three requirements for a Recall Petition, and the circulators omit one of them? It may be that there is more to the story, but that looks an elementary error.

The Dems are trying to play word games. The petition clearly states “recall” and lays out the reasons why. In Colorado law, a “recall” is a term defined by law and specifically defines a election of a sitting official.
