Without Reagan (whom the clowns casually dis
although he was “the President” for the vast majority of us Republicans) the Bush family would be nothing. Papa Bush couldn’t even win a Senate seat in Texas prior to getting the nod as Reagan’s VP.
The Bush fam is anti Cruz.
GHWB GWB JEB
Can we please have a moment of silence while we pray these people never have position to negatively impact our nation again?
Bush - the biggest of Reagan’s three mistakes.
JEB BUSH = Idiotic non-conservative.
Even his family is weird; did you know Martha Bush called Bill Clinton, “SON”...?
Isn’t that creepy...? How does a person get suckered THAT badly..?
Actually the whole family is FULL of suckers.
CANNOT WAIT TO NOT VOTE FOR HIM...!
Same here. I'd rather have an up-front enemy as president rather than a skulking back-stabbing traitor.
Jeb has obviously been selected as the Republican leadership/RINO candidate. Given their track record of Bob Dole, John McCain and Mitt Romney, this b.s. has to be nipped in the bud.
Their logic is that another Bush will have high negatives, but so will Hillary, who the Democrats obviously plan to run.
This will leave the American people a choice between two repugnant candidates, both with un-American values, who are both internationalists and liberals. Which the RINO Republicans and the party leadership are thrilled with.
Either one. They truly don’t care if the next POTUS is a Republican or Democrat, as long as they are liberal and internationalist.
And thus, effectively, anti-American.
So let’s cut to the chase, here. Conservatives must be very firm, even though the “chosen one” has already been selected without a vote from the Republican rank and file.
We must block a Jeb Bush candidacy at every turn. Fight him for what he is. And for what he is not.
He is not a conservative.
He is not pro-America or pro-US constitution.
His only constituency is the US military-intelligence-police-bureaucracy complex. If he is elected, we will see Patriot Act III and IV. Total surveillance of all things. Cameras and biometric identification. National ID cards. Internal Visas. Vast new spending on vastly expanded government control. Nanny government of the kind never seen before. Life in a bottle.
International treaties surrendering American sovereignty. Total subservience to international organizations like the UN, the IMF, the G-8, 10 or 12 or whatever they call themselves. Exploitative economic agreements.
This is what we will get with Jeb Bush. Hillary will just be like more Obama.
In either case, a national nightmare that never ends.
So we must STOP JEB BUSH NOW! Every time he speaks he must be criticized and condemned. Each and every time his name appears in print, he must be cursed. A choice between him and Hillary is a choice between drowning and dying in a fire. It is no choice.
For once America should agree. NO to Hillary, and NO to Jeb Bush. Not now, not ever. NO, NOTHING, NOT.
They are Back.......
Bush Amnesty bill. Round 2. What good numbers the Bushes have gained; they are about to hamper them again. I rather be free to speak and to be a chirper. A chirper-to chirp: to complain. Tell us what is in that bill.
>>The Bush fam is anti Cruz.
Oh, yes and anti Palin.
Dismisses at his peril, I hope.
Consistent.
Thanks, Jebbo, for making voting day easier. I won’t be voting for snobby old you. Signed, a Chirper
Good, because there's no such thing as voting "against" a candidate. And sorry, folks, but voting for Candidate A is NOT the equivalent of voting "against" Candidate B. You may think it is, you may wish it is, you may rationalized until you're blue in the face that it is, but voting for Candidate A is ONLY voting for Candidate A. On any ballot anywhere, you only ever get to vote FOR something. There is no such thing as voting "against," unless you believe in unicorns.
You don't even get to vote against a ballot proposition. You only get to vote FOR nixing it. There is no such thing as voting "against." Now, if our ballot had, for every candidate, the choice to vote FOR him/her or FOR nixing him/her, that would be different -- you could more accurately say you were voting "against" that candidate. But voting FOR the opponent is only that -- in the end, the only thing that matters is what you voted FOR. There is no such thing as voting against. It is a hard, ruthless, cold fact of math.
If all the Mexican’s looked and had the money as Jeb’s wife, they’re welcome
That's OK, we "dismiss" him too!
Actually, I have "dismissed" him long ago!
-- Anyway, the ONLY way to bypass that fatally flawed primary system that puts liberal democrats like Romney and Jeb at the top of the Republican ticket, is to have the guts to break out and go THIRD PARTY.
Probable, yes, that the candidate will lose, but EVEN IF the third party candidate loses, if it is what happened with Perot and the winner gets a plurality, it will be GOOD for the cause of limited government conservatism. The only two times a liberal president won on a plurality -- that is, the majority of American voters voted for someone else, and that president was both times only elected by a minority, that president was first steamrolled by the Republican Revolution, and then impeached.
A powerful third party candidate who can force a plurality, even if he/she loses, will do HUGE GOOD in weakening whichever liberal wins, whether it's the Democrat or the Republican.
HAVE SOME GUTS, people, and stop kneejerking to the conventional "wisdom" (an oxymoron most of the time) that third party cannot be a good thing for our freedom. IT CAN, it has been in the past, and God willing, it will be in the future.
The GOP is dead and gone. It is now the flip side of the same liberal Democrat coin and supporting it is counterproductive to the cause of limited government and American freedom.
I would love to be able to cast a vote for West, or Newt, or Palin.
Dissing conservatives has worked so well for Romney, McCain, and Dole that Jeb thought he’d try his hand at it.
You guys do know that this has already been decided for you, right? Don’t go deluding yourselves into thinking that you will have any real input at the slave’s suggestion box (aka, ballot box) during the primaries. You didn’t want mccain, but you got him. You didn’t want romney, but you got him. You don’t want bush the fatter, but you’ll get him, too.
