Singapore gets new oil technology

In spite of having no resources of its own, Singapore relies heavily on the oil and gas sector.

That is because much of the oil produced by neighbouring Brunei, Malaysia and Indonesia is processed and refined in the city state.

This week, Singapore unveiled a new technology to help safeguard the country's oil refining sector.

False claim in the video about only existing in Singapore and Norway. It started in the Gulf of Mexico oil industry.
