I’ve read that when the commies rounded up the liberals for execution, that the last expression on their faces was surprise and bewilderment. The liberal useful idiots - journalists, professors, politicians - simply couldn’t understand why they were singled out. They died with confusion and surprise etched all over their faces.
And one of their chief regrets was that they couldn’t spend the loot they plundered from the population.
