This guy will get two to seven years. To anticipate reasonable criticism of admittedly a public disturbance, this blogger lists the following facts for comparison:

• the Femen attacked a parliamentarian in Ukraine, attacked an archbishop with water bottles, and attack pro-family protesters routinely. They are always promptly released.
• A Spaniard jumped onto the same court and tied his favorite team's scarf on the judge. He was released free after 3 hours and will not be charged.
• Eleven men attacked a suburban train a few weeks ago in Paris, in order to rob the passengers. Five were sentenced to various suspended terms (three of them for 10 months); others got a warning or hours community service.
