Folks, if that were my teenage boy, this filth would already be dead, which is exactly what he deserves. Where is this boy's father? (either divorced and long gone...or unknown is my bet, perhaps dead) Where are his uncles?
This is intolerable, and I pray this perverted animial gets what he deserves and is thus rendered no longer a threat to others. As it is, he will get out and we will hear about him again.
