Either Obama has something on her or like most government types in the states, they can’t resist free money from Uncle Sugar.
The fun part will be when Uncle Sugar begins pulling the plug on this a few years down the road and the screaming starts to keep funding it out of state coffers instead.
I think it was the ‘free’ money. But ‘free’ money is like ‘free’ healthcare. It REALLY costs those who work for a living. I am appalled that Brewer used Democrat talking points when describing Republicans as the ‘Party of no’. Reagan would be weeping now.

Yep, bankrupting the states or making them borrow like the mamma bear government does putting it in debt for ever. Obama’s and Soros’s dream is coming of age.
