Seems to me that securing the ability of the governed to engage in EQUITABLE and FAIR commerce is part of the legitimate specified purpose for American governance:
“TO SECURE THESE RIGHTS, governments are instituted among men”
Seems to me We need to re-form that. Don’t you agree?
