Gosh, so many letters to choose from for Rubio. ESAD, FOAD, GTH, FUMR, KMAMF, and SOB.

With what, the taxpayer funded handouts they get? ROFL.

I have a better idea. Since they invaded our nation against our laws, how about we simply arrest them and they can pay for their deportation by working on the wall for a year?

To be honest with ya’ll, Rubio fooled me into thinking he was on our side but now it’s evident he too drank the Washington koolaid.

I just pray to god now that Ted Cruz doesn’t take a drink from satan’s cup.

Mr Rubio,
How is it that American taxpayers are paying for border security for Afganistan, yet we can’t pay for border security for America?

Either MR is stupid or he thinks we're stupid.

But that shtick must have come from on high (GOPe), as lately various Republican hacks have tried to convince me that all will be well because the tens of millions of illegals will pay enough taxes to avoid economic collapse - just in time too!

Respectful (kinda) Advice to Mister Rubio:

Stop trying to make ridiculous rationale for your ridiculous AMNESTY!

The GOP, YOU, and our fine Country are the big losers on your little arrangement with the Democrats.

Make up a graceful exit, and just stop the legislation.

It's simple, without airtight border security IN PLACE, and without E-verify IN PLACE, YOU and WE and America are on the wrong end of this deal with the dark side.

DEAL FROM STRENGTH NOT WEAKNESS ( I recommend that you say this over and over until you think you have it.).

I am still developing a sense of what a Conservative is.  We should all evaluate such things as we mature.  Some folks don't.  That's a shame, and a national disgrace.  I voted for the Republican in all elections, but I was fooled by slight of hand a lot.  I didn't realize how Left Nixon was.  Other Republicans of the day were problematic as I grew up.  It wasn't until the early 1990s that I began to see things more clearly, and realized I still had a lot to learn.
Back in the 1970’s I would accept the mainstream media’s characterization of someone as a “conservative” and then get burned when they said or did something different.

I agree.  And the real shame is, Ryan (the younger) has some great instincts.  Unfortunately he has bitten off a big mouth full of B. S. in this immigration debate IMO.  I'm glad you're not fooled anymore.  At least you're asking the right questions.
Now we’ve got talk show hosts saying guys like Rubio and Ryan are “conservative” and I get a laugh out of it because I’m not being fooled anymore.

They should mean something to you.  We should give credit where credit is due, and be skeptical knowing what we know.  I don't have a problem with giving Clinton some credit if he does the right thing.  I have been known to do so a time or two.  I wouldn't overplay it though.  I gave a very qualified approval on the point only.
The mask is off and all the tough speeches and YES votes on phony symbolic bills or NO votes on bad bills that end up getting passed anyway mean nothing to me.

I have come to that conclusion also.
Over 90 percent of the Republican elected officials are phonies with no principles.

To be honest, I think some of them are serious.  I honestly can't say how many of them are just blowing smoke.  I fear it's a lot more of them than I would like to think it is.
Those 70 or so folks who are challenging Boehner on amnesty for illegal immigrants are just putting on a smoke blowing show to make it look good for us folks back home and help win their primaries next year.

If he's in the general, I'd support voting for him.  I would do everything in my power to make sure he wasn't though.  I understand your thoughts on it, and I have withheld my vote due to Republican intransegence.
I will not vote for my GOP Congressman in the primary or general election next year because he is a phony who supported Boehner for Speaker in the first place.

I doubt it. How are these illegals going to pay for border security? With food stamps, Metro Housing vouchers or Medicaid? What an idiot thing to say.

We need to legalize all the illegal aliens so they can build the 1900 mile fence.

I mean you can’t possibly expect Americans to do that job.

Building the fence is just one of those many jobs that Americans refuse to do.

As Rush pointed out today..

The people Rubio wants to make “legal” will make their employers lots of money.

No obama care, no benefits...

This shit has got to stop.

Wow! I actually feel like a fool in helping to get this guy elected. I have learned a valuable lesson from this man. Never trust anyone. You played us well Marco and you will be judged one day for what you have done. Might not be in this life, but we all will be judged. Your fall from grace is going to be intense.

[[None the less, they DO NOT belong here.]]

Beleive me I wasn’t makign hte case that they do belong here- And I’m kind of split how I feel abotu whether they shoudl be given a chance at citzenship given that they IGNORED our laws and overstayed their visas

[[We cannot bastardize our laws to accomodate the invading hoards.]]

That’s not what I was suggesting- I persionally beleive they shoudl be fined AND deported for breakign our law even if they were hard workign icitizens- I was mearely pointign out that soem illegals who are breakign our laws are infact, for them ost part, hard workign and fairly decent people- not that they shoudl be given any special privileges- they broke hte law- If we citizens break a law, we are not given special privileges- they shouldn’t be either- I only mentioend that htere are hard woerking decent folks who are illegals to make the distinction that I was not calling all imigrants lazy welfare recipients and violent criminals- Thatr’s why I put hte remark I made on side the eclipses or whwtver you call them

“This guy has no respect for the American voters . . ..”

The Congress, and in the end the American people, have not enough respect for America as a sovereign nation with its territory delineated by defined geographic borders, internationally recognized and defended by the American people and their government, to halt a decades-long alien invasion. The putative southern land border of the U.S.A. has objective reality only for purposes of facilitating and regulating legal commercial and tourist traffic.

No, I wasn't trying to imply you were.  I was addressing sound policy, and didn't mean to make it look like I was trying to correct you.  You and I agree here.  I understand how you could be split on this.  Still, at the end of the day, we have abide by the law.

We cannot bastardize our laws to accomodate the invading hoards.

Okay, well I wasn't trying to put words in your mouth, or infer that we had major disagreements.  I understand where you are coming from.  Take care.

Rubio is half past pathetic at this point. I can’t bear to watch his tortured defense of the 1986 amnesty redux one more time.

Rubio is so invested in passing an immigration bill (any bill at this point it seems) that he has lost his objectivity, his common sense. I think he is in way over his head and doesn’t realize just how ridiculous his assertions are. Unfortunately the whole country will pay for his (and the others’) stupidity.
