This is so wrong. Anyone who did not reside, own property or earn income in the U.S. in 2012 should only have to abide by the tax laws in the country in which they reside.

Why doesn’t the IRS go after the millions of illegals who are paid tax free cash for their work in the U.S. and send billions of dollars to their country of origin? They could start by collecting 35% from all wire transfers and payments made by Western Union.

Illegals fulfill a purpose. If you want to build communism in your country, but you don't have enough communists, what do you do? You import them, of course! That's the purpose of illegals. They are coddled, but only while they are useful. The government knows how to be harsh, and it has plenty of ammo to insist on its viewpoint.

A foreigner who doesn't work or live in the USA can be, and will be taxed just because the US government wants his money. No other excuse is needed; robbers never worry about such things. The primary purpose of the government, as it seems, is collecting taxes and fighting its enemies among the citizens, as the citizens are the most dangerous foe. AQ in Afghanistan? It's not even funny. AQ can't hurt the government. Only the people of the country can.
