I really don’t know but I’d guess the chances are slim to none, probably closer to none.
That’s not to say they shouldn’t be, they’ve cost us billions.

RICCO anyone for the Greens and the EPA? Can a government agency be prosecuted for racketeering? Sure. Once that's under way, use them to go after the big fish, the owners of the tax-exempt foundations who donate to the green groups having a financial interest in the resulting regulations.
