As a general practice I quit posting on the BC threads somewhere around early to mid 2012 precisely for the type of comments made by GSC. Hell for the most part, I had to quit reading them as well.
The threads go the same way without fail every time...someone posts a modicum of new intel, the wet blanket gets thrown on the enthusiasm by about response 2 in each posting and the whole concept of info gathering/sharing was gone. 99% of the threads are lost to off topic arguments like this one.
I'll admit to getting a little excited about this post though...It seemed to have some interesting possibilities...some legs. And yes I expected the scripted stuff here and there, but as I read on and on I just kept seeing the defeatist attitude repeated time and again and it breaks my heart as well as my spirit. I cannot speak for others but it does make one wonder how many others feel the same.
This is a big war being fought, and every battle has so far been lost, right? I get it...so let's just do what General Washington did when he lost every battle - hang it up and let the troops go home............oh, wait!

Can't see the forest for the trees ? It seems to me like the percentage of those who believed that 'eventually' Obama would get thrown out have always stayed consistently higher than those who thought he wouldn't. None of the 'doubting Thomas' posters ever influenced my opinions or thoughts. Are you easily 'swayed' ?

'Off topic'. You mean like when you attacked GSC and told him his comments and opinions weren't wanted on the threads the YOU read ? Where we ended up in mortal combat over you personally attacking him for what he said ? The thread was going well until YOU (and some others) decided you didn't want to HEAR what someone else said (be they right or wrong). YOU (and I) have done more 'damage' than anyone else.

I am getting more 'excited' every five minutes because the 'scandals' seem to be reaching a TIPPING POINT. What will happen remains to be seen, but this stuff is building very rapidly. I don't know what Obama and his 'campaign' staff will do to attempt to divert the public attention, but it probably won't be pretty.

Again, YOU are giving up too easy. Just because I (or others) may express some doubt doesn't mean that we don't HOPE that things change.

Not true. Most of the things you see happening TODAY, and will see TOMORROW are based on minor battles being won previously. Some of it is due to battles lost, but the warriors continuing to fight, even though they are way outnumbered.
We all want the same thing, and are all (at least those on F.R. ) on the same side. There are just many types of personalities involved, some fearless, some doubtful. BUT... we need them all.
Even those who 'doubt' provide a 'soap box' opportunity for those who don't.
Even if I don't agree with 'your' opinion, I do consider it of value.
