Our very existence annoys them.

Catch all law to arrest anyone, anywhere, anytime.

Especially pesky people with cameras who film them doing things they don’t want others to see.

Some animals are more equal than others - so are the dogs they raised.

Stop and Frisk must be very annoying to NY police Officers.
Those poor Officers are constantly being annoyed by pedestrians
minding their own business.

Taking the already egregious “interfering with a police officer” to a whole new level.

Hey, WAIT! WE’VE been in line this whole time waiting; these cops don’t get cuts!

Now. Where’s that bill that makes it a CAPITAL OFFENSE to annoy “We, The People”?

What? The Second....

Oooohhhh, THAT! Right. I’mgud.

A felony? If this passes, any FReeper should vacate NY as soon as possible. I’m series.

So take a picture with your phone of a police officer in the right circumstance and you are a felon. If there is a situation when an officer has to make physical contact with you, you become a felon.

It’s all left up to the officer and whether he or she is having a bad day.

This step one in an attempt to outlaw videoing police actions. That’s what this bill is all about.

Garbage legislation like this just serves to further isolate the police from the community that they are supposed to serve.

These cops should thank their lucky stars they don’t have to work in the state of Indiana.

A misdemeanor is more reasonable. I can see how that makes sense, some people go out of there way to give cops grief.

I think they could make this a law but the cops should agree to wear badge cameras at all times.

They are already doing this in some places and it is very effective in dissuading people from harassing cops and from keeping cops from abusing their authority.

The law should be that you can not run away from a police officer on pain of being shot.

So after a hard day’s work of donuts and dog-shooting, an off duty NY cop could arrest his nagging wife... or mother-in-law?

“annoy and alarm” are completely vague and beyond subjective... I would think threaten and harass had already been no,no’s.

I can see the Rep's point that wrote this Bill. Right now the 'urban yutes' have a free rein (See; Chi, NYC, LA, Philly, any 'Big City').

If Coppers lay a hand on them during their little 'wilding episodes' (Riots!), the Cop's hung out to dry and looking at personal lawsuits. Not to mention a poop-storm of feigned outrage from the leftist MSM, all the Store-Front Revruns, and the Pols and PD Chiefs that cower to them.
(The NYPD should have been bustin' skulls during that OWS bs, but couldn't.)

But the way its written??? I'ts 'a bit' of an overreach.

Harass, threaten, alarm, I can see, but annoy? Hell, I get annoyed at all kinds of piddly little things!
