The GOP-e led US HOUSE can defund anything it desires.
The problem we are facing is NOT the Obama and his corruption - that is a given - but rather THE GOP LED HOUSE THAT IS UNEILLING OR UNABLE TO GROW A PAIR AND STARVE THE RAT BEAST THAT IS CONSUMING ALL OF US.
