Under Obama Rule, any kind of amnesty is 100% amnesty.Under Obama Illegals are already legal. So why would the amnesty forces even bother with an amnesty bill without a "path to citizenship?" They want to claim they passed "something?"
But that assumes that the O-forces actually care what a law says. Who is going to stop the "Any kind of amnesty is 100% amnesty?" Not the SCOTUS, not the GOP. And the voters elected O 2 times in a row.
