Yes....lol...she DID take the one-time payment of $370,896,780.00.
And, listen to this...she was given cuts in line, at Publix, by a "nice lottery ticket buyer" to buy her winning Quick Pick ticket!! Imagine that!

She did. The before tax lump sum is just over $378 million. After taxes it would be about $225 million or so.
