If I was Gloria, I would have them review the surveillance cameras to help find the woman. Give her a few million as a thank you for being so considerate.

That isn’t like the other person would have gotten the ticket if they were a quick pick which we don’t know. It is a millisecond transaction so timing would have had to been exactly the same for those numbers to have shown up had the other person kept their place in line.
