that’s right...our side doesn’t have the guts to do it so let the Dems do the dirty work.
The way things are going...we have a good chance of taking over the Senate soon.
As Dems play the exact same bluffing game that Senate GOP did EXACTLY eight years earlier the GOP could reply that maybe the whole filibuster should go if the Judical confirmation one does, maybe like next congress.
