Wow! Susan Rice is about as qualified to give the President competent National Security advice as she would be to give Ben Carson advice on pediatric brain surgery. Perhaps even less so.
I would say that no matter who is giving NS advice to this president doesn’t matter, because he can’t comprehend it.
Not to be picky but your analogy is flawed. I would say it would be like her giving advice on pediatric brain surgery to Johnny Carson (if he were still live) after which Johnny would go perform some operations.
