What is the basis for an “investigation”? As much as I dislike the Klan, they still have the same rights to organize as anyone else as long as they don’t break the law.

Agreed 100%. This is NOT a hate crime. It’s not a crime at all. The Klan has 1st amendment rights, same as anybody else. And no, I’m not a member, nor do I plan on becoming one, but the Constitution applies to all Americans. Even the nutty ones.

That's exactly what I was thinking. I can't figure out what laws they are breaking that would justify being investigated by government authorities. I thought this was America, where you have the right to believe what you wish irregardless of how ignorant or racist you are.

That is my question.

How have they broken any law?

The KKK is not near as racist as the Black Congressional Caucus, or the NAACP, or the Black Panthers, or La Raza, or CAIR yet we don’t investigate them.

White people are starting to awaken to the fact that soon we will be a minority, we are starting to awaken to the racism of Barrack Obama, and his administration which attacks mostly white Conservatives.

White people will need a group to protect our rights shortly. In fact we need it now.

I do not believe that group should be the Klan or anything near it, but whenever a group of white people join together to be counted, they will be called the Klan.

I believe the flyers were placed in mailboxes, a violation of federal law. 18 U.S.C. 1725 states: “Whoever knowingly and willfully deposits any mailable matter such as statements of accounts, circulars, sale bills, or other like matter, on which no postage has been paid, in any letter box established, approved, or accepted by the Postal Service for the receipt or delivery of mail matter on any mail route with intent to avoid payment of lawful postage thereon, shall for each such offense be fined under this title”
