Obozo has never worked a day in his life prior to worming his way into the oval office. He is simply maintaining that history of not ever having done anything.
My husbands grandfather is 93 years young :) enjoys a glass of red wine most nights & can still play the piano..beautifully. I love him dearly.. especially love hearing his war stories & he’s definitely not shy about his opinion about the current admin/state of this country. Said nothing comes close to the scandals (crimes) that we’re currently hearing/seeing.

He made me aware of Khosla’s move into green around that time.
I laughed about it but, later thought “What do I know? This guy has private jet money”
Never gave it another thought. I think the whole thing is a load of bunk and many of these deals are about structuring for the 1st guys in, so they get a return.
I don’t personally see how green makes any money off the actual tech, as there is marginally a spot for it in the marketplace.

I was looking at the comments at a KTVU-2 site announcing the visit, and the comments there were almost unanimously anti-Obama. Even his erstwhile supports are fed up with his stopping through CA and raking in cash like their state is some kind of ATM.
Needless to say, it was rather entertainingto see these rumblings of discontent with the California state god. Not that there’s a massive groundswell of opposition to Obama in the Molden State, which as a whole is permanently chained to the floor of the democrat plantation, but some congressional races could shift next year.

My bet is that all this fundraising has two purposes.
One it gets him out of dc and the other is to raise funds for himself. I would bet that all this fundraising is for his personal enrichment. Don’t forget, he hates all Americans, not just those that disagree with him.
Green energy tech requires govt subsidies or restrictions on other energy sources to be viable. Hence the sucking up to govt players here.

Does this feckless one ever spend any time with his “family”? I believe he avoids them like the plague. Even when he was a senator from IL, his “family” stayed in Chicago. I guess reggie meet his “needs”.
