Please read the article, or at least attempt to...

The writing of this article is so bad that I had to comment. Nearly the entire article is written in very substandard English, and is only semi-coherent. Here is a shining example of what passes for writing in the media today:

“The problem here is that the Buffalo Public School District has done its own investigation and has pretty much most of the students in the video have been identified. The station was told that long term suspension proceedings are already ongoing.”

No, that is not a faulty cut/paste job. It is exactly what is proudly on display on the Buffalo Guardian Express website, written by that wily wordsmith Paul Kasprzak. If you check out other articles by him, you can see that this is not an isolated item.

What really floors me is that this article made it through whatever editing process they have. (I am assuming that someone edits the copy before it its the public website; perhaps that is a BIG assumption...)

Just pathetic writing and subsequent editing, really pathetic. And to think that these people make their living plying these wares...

That’s because the site is at best a blog trying to sound like a newspaper. They have a bunch of Twitter handles that sound like real papers and “New Yorker Times” as one of their other sites.

I wouldn’t trust that there is a single true word in the story. Here’s a story about one of their want ads.
