“The FCC must use its power to draw a clear distinction between fact and opinion in order to protect the public’s access to “bonafide” news on our public airwaves. Safeguarding the public interest is the FCC’s sacred obligation.”

Let's parse this - The government must use its power to draw a clear distinction between fact and opinion. Really? Just as a practical matter, just imagine how many bureaucrats would have to be hired to keep track of every media out to do this. It's just been shown that the "factcheckers" out there have been biased against Republicans. What are government "factcheckers" going to do?

"Bonafide" news? {snort}. Benghazi, IRS, Fast & Furious and JournoGate have already been determined to be NOT "bonafide" news stories by the mainstream media. Just imagine what the Obama Administration would consider "bonafide"

"Sacred duty" of the FCC - huh? What happened to separation of church and state. Well, liberals consider big government to be god, so I can understand this liberals thinking that it's a sacred duty of government to protect citizens (serf, slaves, peons) from hurting their little heads with wrong information.

Just think of the mindset you need to think up an idea like this. Whew! She'd make a great concentration camp guard.
