The mission of the IRS is to get people to voluntarily comply with their request; however, they seize property, throw innocent people in jail -- all illegal. They get that power from somewhere and it ain't the tooth fairy. Also, the reason they framed Judge Clairborne of Nevada for income tax evasion was because he was the only federal judge that did not let the IRS get away with murder in his courtroom.
And as for people being stupid, Barack Hussein Obama was elected twice and people refuse to believe the income tax is voluntary even though the government keeps saying it is. Yup! There are plenty of people in this country and they're certainly not geniuses.
