The fathers I've talked to are looking at alternatives, either existing or creating them.
Look what happened when the Catholic Church was required to
take in gays. Good luck scouts. I guess the lawyers are
licking their chops. Will the boys be allowed to claim abuse?
When not mention to the fathers to go national and tell the hierarchy of the BSA to disband it immediately. It takes honor to disband it and they have to put some action behind their talk of honor; otherwise, they will appear to have been frauds to begin with. And then have a national event where all scouts are given a special badge of ‘living the honor’ at the closing down of the BSA.
