My SIL injured her elbow/arm. When she seen her MD he could not order an MRI under the new health law. Before he can order one, she must perform weeks of physical therapy to see if it gets better. This therapy is very painful for my SIL and her arm keeps swelling and she can’t use it. We expect by the time she is able to have the MRI, the elbow/arm will really be damaged. What a crock.
