Fallback position for the media: the Tea Party deserved to be targeted.

Just saw a notice for a new book from Princeton University Press about the Tea Party, by two academics (Christopher S. Parker and Matt A. Barreto), Change they can't believe in: The Tea Party and Reactionary Politics in America.

Their basis premise seems to be that the Tea Party is not some innocent group but "chilling" and in a direct line from other bad movements in American history such as the Know-Nothings and the Ku Klux Klan of the 1920s. A blurb from someone at Stanford said "this timely, important work deserves the widest audience possible."

Good catch!
The hard left has done their best to Pinocchio/recreate the tea Party to make them into something they absolutely are not.
The commies just can't get over the fact that most Tea Party pats are our Grandmothers and Grandfathers who show respect for the country and all they want is whats best for the country. The left can't get over this and never will.

YOU bet!!! It’s all the latest rage. In my little two bit small town newspaper, a prominent owner of a small appliance store wrote a letter to our editor to say JUST THAT! They DESERVED to be looked into! Bout blew me away. I have written many a letter to the editor over the years and we are living in a very conservative county here in Wisconsin. But this dribble comes out boldly now that Obama and VJ are in charge of us. WE WON, we will get even and you better shut up and be grateful. This too shall pass, but God knows how, just at this point. At least there are more of us talking about this.
