Bammy strongly desires a new Caliphate, including the US, if possible.

Come to think of it, that is what is happening, whether by design or mistake.

The British and French missed the opportunity to re-establish the Byzantine Empire after WWI.

The Turks might bring order to the area—Let them handle the Islamic radicals—and they will do it in painful ways! they could dominate and master the radicals and form a new/old empire that could protect our interests and do it in a way we will not need to.
To: george76
he wants to build a new Islamicist Caliphate, only this time including all of Europe and the USA and as much of the rest of the world (see Africa, Asia) as possible

The Turk gov’t is essentially the same as the Muzzie Bros.

Well, the Ottoman Empire had no tolerance for Salafis. The first Saudi state was crushed for its Wahabbi beliefs and rebelliousness.
Few Islamists actually praise the Ottomans, mainly because they weren’t pious enough in their eyes.
Any Neo-Ottoman state is going to be a lot uglier than the old one.

Maybe it’s that global govt thing. There’s the EU, there will be the Americas, The Otters so on...
Thing is, the muzzies won’t play nice even after supposedly having what they want. They want the world and they are a determined bunch.

Seems obvious enough that Obunga has some sort of an ulterior motive and that the welfare of the United States is not involved in whatever that might be. Not totally clear that reconstructing the Ottoman empire is the goal...
