Bill Would Use Calif.ís Tax Policy To Pressure Boy Scouts Into Fully Accepting Gay Members

The state Senate approved legislation Wednesday that would use California’s tax policy in an attempt to pressure the Boy Scouts of America into fully accepting gay members.

The bill would make the organization ineligible for nonprofit tax breaks, despite its vote last week to accept openly gay scouts while blocking gays from becoming scout leaders.

... It now goes to the Assembly. If the bill is eventually signed into law by the governor, the groups would have to pay corporate taxes on donations, membership dues and camp fees, while also paying sales tax on food, beverages and homemade items sold at fundraisers.

Who didn't see this coming?

Give the fags an inch and they want a mile. That "vote" last week was a big, BIG mistake.

Given the degree to which hispanics and homosexuals have taken over the California legislature, and given their legislative record since it's pretty obvious we should allow neither in the United States.

These guys just don't respect any part of the First Amendment. The proposal here is totally alien to the American tradition. Actually, it's worth a war ~ we need to take our property back and kick these guys out.

The faggots are being accomodated to destroy all semblance of honor, dignity, Patriotism, and morality to further the Agenda of the Progressives.

The day will come when all these "Identified" special interest groups will become target practice when the populace has had enough of this crap.

When Texas leaves the Union, there isn't enough space there to accomdodate the REAL Americans that will flock there to escape the Reparations, Sex Deviate pandering, and inner-city tribal parasite handouts that are OVERWHELMING taxpayers today.

Pull out of California, and continue shrinking back to only those states that allow the BSA to exist according to its original charter.

The Boy Scouts are a dead issue.

They won’t last another year in California.

Did anyone ever think we would see America’s son’s attacked by politicians?, who want to force sodomy on them?

It is much like the stories in the Bible where the faggots came to Lott’s home and sought out the Angels for their pleasure. They were struck blind. Its too bad the California Senate that approved this will not be struck blind. However if they were a lot of things would change in this country overnight.

I agree 100%.

Boy Scouts, you need to wake the heck back up, and rescind this monstrous decision, before you absolutely destroy a program so many have loved so much, for so long.

Now.

The bill would make the organization ineligible for nonprofit tax breaks, despite its vote last week to accept openly gay scouts while blocking gays from becoming scout leaders.
Democratic Sen. Ricardo Lara of Bell Gardens said that policy means gays can join the scouts only until they turn 18.
“Equality does not have an expiration date,” he said. “Discrimination should not be subsidized.”
So unless they allow gay leaders also they will be taxed.

Nuke the entire bay area; with special emphasis on Frisco, Berkley and Marin, they need two 50 megaton weapons each.
Nuke the entire Sacto area, special attention to when every body in the legislature is there for what they call an important vote.
Nuke the entire west side of LA and at least 3 weapons each for West Hollywood and Santa Monica.
This will only give you a fair start on what used to be a pretty decent state, until the wetbacks and homos took over.
I say all of this as a native Californian born in San Francisco.

Given the experience of Penn State and the Roman Catholic church with adult male homosexuals and young boys, Sen. Lara needs a millstone around his neck.

Isn't there some law somewhere about "Bills of Attainder"?

Or is that only for the Feds?

Ted "The Swimmer" Kennedy got ticked off at a member of the Murdoch Mob, and pushed through a bill to punish News Corp.

The USSC slapped Teddy down.

I don’t know what precedents there are but Tax policy should not be able to be used to force through other policies and impinge upon the rights of others to make legal decisions about the direction of their business, company etc. It betrays any thought of Democracy and undermines the system of government.

The boy scouts as a troop are not a tax exempt organization. The troop or pack or crew is Owned by its charter. Most often this is a church, vfw, etc that is tax exempt.

“Now no one is happy with you imbeciles.”

This evening I totally ignored some boy scouts selling goods in front of a Wal-Mart I was going into. I hated snubbing little children, but it had to be done.

I WILL NEVER donate nor buy anything from them ever again. What really makes me ill is that the military lets these “persons” serve as openly homosexual....so I feel a little caught in the middle.

The Army (and military in general)is having problems with sexual misconduct and sexual assaults..especially on females. Why could these fools in political office not realize that things would get worse with the open acceptance of homosexuals. If you accept one form of sexual perversion...then you get others (sexual assault...the treatment of females as ?).

The military’s conduct will be reflected in the persons it lets in.
