If Holder saying that Fox' Rosen was an "aider, abettor, and co-conspirator" and that Rosen "might flee or don a mask" aren't words aimed at "potential prosecution", I'll eat my shorts.
"Co-conspirator" is not a word a DOJ AG would use unless his motive was "potential prosecution".

HOLDERS TESTIMONY: With regard to the potential prosecution of the press to disclose material, and that is not something I have ever been involved or heard of...
Yet, he signed the subpoena FOR those search warrants...

HA! I think a reporter actually laid a trap for him! Looked kinda like a softball question on the stock market, giving Carney a chance to blame Bush, trumpet O’s wonderful economic policies, stock market at new highs, housing market coming back. Then he asked, so what about the sequester then, it doesn’t look like it’s hurting the economy, now does it.
