Yes, but will they have camp sites.The United Methodists used to have a nice campsite in central PA. Don't know if it is still there.

Many camps used by the Scouts are actually leased from various foundations ~ or, the foundations loan them to youth organizations. Several I know of are actually owned by organizations that predate Boy Scouts.
Typically when a Scout troop is dissolved the property owned by its corporation is transferred to the sponsoring institution or another troop. The National Council has little control over the troops ~ it was created for no purpose other than setting standards for training and achievement.
