After you pinged me, I read through the thread, and watched Stewie dance closer and closer to the flame, like he always does. But this time he got too close, didn't retreat quickly enough, and got his sorry butt firmly singed.

Typically when a Scout troop is dissolved the property owned by its corporation is transferred to the sponsoring institution or another troop. The National Council has little control over the troops ~ it was created for no purpose other than setting standards for training and achievement.
