War memorials vandalised
Vandals have attacked two of Britain’s most celebrated war memorials, apparently daubing them with the word “Islam” and covering over inscriptions.

The RAF Bomber Command War Memorial and the Animals in War Memorial, both in central London, were covered in red paint.
The Metropolitan Police have not yet made any arrests, so the motivation behind the damage remains unclear.
The words written on the memorials have been covered up with plastic sheets after being discovered in the early hours of the morning, but it is believed that "Islam" has been written on each of them.
The Bomber Command Memorial, which was unveiled by the Queen last summer, remembers the sacrifice and bravery of the 55,573 RAF crew who lost their lives in the Second World War.
The £2million Animals in War Memorial, which was funded by donations, is a tribute to all the animals that served, suffered and died alongside allied forces in the 20th Century.

“In the wake of the horrifying terror attack in Woolwich last week, where an off-duty British soldier was beheaded in the street, vandals spray painted the word “Islam” in large, red letters on a number of British war memorials. They also covered the dedications with red paint.
In response, a disgusted 89-year-old veteran vowed not to leave one of the memorials until all the graffiti was removed, The Sun reports:
Dedicated Douglas Radcliffe MBE – who is the Secretary of the Bomber Command Association – said he was “very disturbed” by the act of vandalism and said he could not understand why anyone would deface the honour.
He said: “I’m standing here until this graffiti is removed.
“The 77,000 young men who died, died to give whoever put that graffiti there the freedom to live in this country and honour it, so I can’t believe that somebody would do this.”
Gee. I wonder if these were “moderate” Muslims, “radical” Muslims, Jihadis, Islamofascists or just run of the mill Islamic colonisers?

Beheaded in broad daylight and the response was to suggest military personnel not wear uniforms in public because it might upset muslims. Britons justifiably lash out in anger and they are arrested for "hate speech".

“British police say the motive here is “unclear.” Yes, what an impossible riddle. Britons are still reeling from last week’s ghastly attack in which two machete-wielding radicals brutally murdered a solider in broad daylight, shouting “Allahu Akbar.” The terrorists were eventually gunned down when they charged police responding to the scene. One of the radicals reportedly had an illegal gun on his person. Even though the terrorists’ victim was wearing street clothes when he was targeted, the British military briefly forbade soldiers from wearing uniforms in public — on their own soil — as a “precaution” after the attack.
Over the weekend, a French solider was stabbed in the neck in Paris. The assailant was described as wearing a robe and of North African descent. His motive is as much a “mystery” as the British vandals’ is.
Meanwhile in Sweden, rioting “youths” — predominantly Muslims — set fire to cars and buildings in riots that swept across the Scandinavian nation in recent days.
A major monument designed for London.
This monument is a powerful and moving tribute to all the animals that served, suffered and died alongside the British, Commonwealth and Allied forces in the wars and conflicts of the 20th century. 
And an accompanying poem by the Great War poet Henry Chappell (1874-1937) called A soldier's kiss: 
The advice, not order, was torn up by Cameron within hrs.
No, Britain is not doomed. We have survived far worse than this.
