Former Rep. Anthony Weiner has slashed away at front-runner Christine Quinns lead in New York Citys Democratic mayoral primary, according to a poll released Tuesday, cutting her advantage in half in a little over a month.
Weiner, who formally entered the race last week, now draws 19 percent of the vote in the crowded primary field, according to the Marist University poll. Quinn, the city council speaker who is trying to become the citys first openly gay mayor, draws 24 percent of the vote. Quinns lead is within the polls margin of error. In April, she held an 11-point lead over Weiner, 26 percent to 15 percent.

Weiner pumped!
Because, believe it or not, as bad as Nanny Bloomberg is, the Democrat was even more ridiculous.
The weiner will be hard to beat...
“Theres another one.”
Sir, you have a firm grasp on NYC politics.
(... sorry :-]...)
(Speaking of emoticons. We need a special Wiener emoticon.)
I have been to NY City twice... and I swear by all that I will never set foot there again. Not for love or money.

The biggest mistake Gen. George Washington made was not burning that traitorous red coat town to the ground. I guess he left that job up to us.
Absolutely Had I lived in NYC I would have written in a candidate
That guy is running again, BTW.
I’ve given up on New Yorkers ever electing someone who is normal.
Running for whom. Which guy/ party? That Thompson guy? I don’t think he has a chance
Quinn s running against weenie for the demon party and one of them will get it. The Brooklyn and upper west side “progressives” will pick the dyke or the philanderer. It fits their warped morality. We are beginning to fight the same mentality in Suffolk county. I need to move some where in AMERICA. NY Bites it.
Thompson is one of the candidates for the Dhimmicrap nomination.
Hopefully, whoever gets the Working Families Party and whoever gets the Independence party will lose the Democrat primary.
Not that the GOP candidates are that much better.
