the big 3 insurance companies that sat this out know what a disaster this is going to be. They know the biggest issue will be getting people to pay.

I read this week that the three largest health insurers decided NOT to insure in CA exchanges.

Those three had only 8% of California's market share up to now and are sitting out at least a year to see how thing's go. I don't blame them. They are most interested in actuarial costs.
