How do you cook a meatloaf in a pressure cooker???

Very easy...and in my youth that is how we always cooked one. It kept from heating up the house..no a/c. :) In fact, if I still had a pressure cooker (nod, nod, wink, wink) that’s how I would cook one.

Make the meatloaf up as normal. If I had a pressure cooker,lol, most came with a raised platform so the juices would drain. Cook for about 15 minutes. The smell of it cooking makes me crazy...super moist but still retains the “loaf” texture.

I am old so this was long ago - my mother used the pressure cooker to make a meat loaf on Sunday after church and it had marvelous gravy in it and in a separate bowl there was her canned whole tomatoes. And, there was always cornbread at lunch and “supper” as it was called then.
