Hi Ma.
Better today, yes..
But the new sleep med hit pretty hard,
and I was kinda dopey most of the day.
Doc says to stick with it, and I will get more tolerant of it as time goes by.

On the good side, it is the first time I have slept
all through the night in a long time.
