Under DADT if two fags were caught, one would claim he was being raped and take the fall. He would be booted and his butt buddy would still able to stay in.

Sounds like an easy route to a Dishonorable Discharge, as well. Then the ACLU could sue to have the discharge upgraded to General Discharge, etc. Then more lawsuits for retroactive discrimination, etc. There is no political solution to the problem of evil.

Don’t know what type of discharges they got but most likely is was a general discharge. You have to do something really bad to get a dishonorable. Most dishonorable discharges usually end with jail time.
