Hopefully the water stayed in the creek. We were camping near the shore of Lake Travis during the 1981 Memorial Day flood. Things got pretty tense for a while.

Yes, we're safe here. Her home is on a hillside with the creek below a slope in her yard, with a trail alongside that goes to the lake. About 3/4 mile away.
