. . . is practically moronic from several different angles .. and if that's for a nonsense area like 'social studies', one can only imagine how hideously depressing the math scores must be !

Judging by the 'names' hung on those kids, English Comp and/or Lit are likely not taught at all.

If 94% are black, what are the other 6%? Regardless of skin color, they are probably not white. Those schools have been hell holes for years. Maybe Obama should grant stimulus money to issue them all Ipads and close the schools. They would probably be further up the education ladder. They might even have to learn to read. Obamapads for the masses. Oh! nevermind. That would just help aid the success of Obama’s civilian army drones. He would just tweet them to call them up.
