I moved to (suburban) Rochester from NYC in July '64, just a week or so before our race riots. The police and national guard put them down in a hurry.
Saul Alinsky (yes, that Saul Alinsky) came to town and blamed whitey for the whole mess.
To this day, some of the riot areas are still undeveloped, the school system one of the worst in the country and not one white person living in the surrounding five county area gives a $hit.

Newark NJ’s population has never reached the pre-riot level, and if it does they will be Spanish-speaking “settlers” from south of the border. When two black Dems are battling for the mayor’s job, and the incumbent refers to the other as “white” and “Jewish” to motivate his base (and wins, though neither label was true), then “people that matter” can safely conclude that there is nothing (and nobody) worthwhile there.

Nor should they, except to the extent of insuring that the tribe(s) understand there's a world of hurt awaiting them off the reservation.

Let the suicide cultures fulfill their mutant destinies - the sooner, the better.
