Even WITH a program, the ever sucking media is constantly changeing and confusing language and you might not even be able to keep up with what players are on what team and what's the score.

Good point, it is why almost everyone is ignorant about at least one area, or some areas of the world, the media just makes it too difficult to make out what is going on, so we see the stories for decades of our lives, but remain confused or uninterested unless something triggers our interest enough to make the effort to penetrate the fog of the American media and delve into the region, or conflict to unravel the details of the differences and the players.
A Kosovar is a citizen of Kosovo, a region of Serbia which the Serbians hold dear historically.
