There will most certainly be an organization that will compete with the Boys Scouts. There already are.
The Baden-Powel Scout association is one, but it is coed, which I am not in favor of. M Boys and Men these days have more than enough influence from girls and women. Far too much. http://bpsa-us.org/
Also the On My Honor Society will be meeting in Kentucky to form a new Scouting organization later this year.
