I am not sure how it would work at a council level. I know in my council there was a very strong “NO” vote. I do know that at the unit level, the unit is owned by the chartering organization. The only thing the BSA can do is pull the charter. But the charter organization is in charge.

Of course, a well places and timed news story about young homosexual boys finding God could change the whole issue.

It wil lbe taken to the supreme court, and the supreme court will fidn that thsoe that refuse to abide are being ‘hateful’ and will be barred from serving i nthe scouts for violation of the rules set forth by the Gay scouts of America
