Once Obama sees the scandals continuing to gain traction, I believe this Senate will invoke the nuclear option so they only need 50 votes to ram all future legislation down our throats.

I agree wholeheartedly. These dems are going to be in full blown panic mode and will be grasping for any bit of destruction to our country that they can - even while their ship is going down.
