The Oklahoma City-based arts-and-crafts chain argued that businesses — not just the currently exempted religious groups — should be allowed to seek exception from that section of the health law if it violates their religious beliefs.

Under Obama, the act of leaving your home to make a profit excludes an individual from the protections afforded by the Bill of Rights.

No, but you have to pay for fertility treatments and artificial insemination treatments for them.

After all its everyones right to have a baby at taxpayer expense.

I would like to see some employees file suit. Why should employees be forced to have their employers buy birth control for them?

Some employees may not want birth control. Some employees may not want their employers to buy it for them. Some employees may even feel that it is none of their employer’s business whether they use birth control or not.

I'm happy to see this company take a stand on this, but I'm not sure I would have lasted this long. If a oppressive government successfully imposes a legal mandate on me that violates my moral principles, I'd be shutting down my business within 24 hours and going about my affairs in a way that minimizes government scrutiny.

I predict that within ten years, the people in this country who enjoy the greatest degree of freedom will be those who don't have Social Security numbers.
