Yes. Holder testified fairly recently to a congressional committee (House, IIRC) that he had "no knowledge" of anyone in the press being targeted. He had signed the Rosen warrant request himself. I believe that he was testifying under oath at the time. There was an FR thread about this, I'll see if I can find a link to it.
If we have not learned by now that “bombshells” when posted on the internet, have no meaning then we learned nothing during the Clinton years.
