Opansy has faked and lied and cheated to get thru life and will never change

Today on Fox News Channel’s TV show “THE FIVE” they released the proof today from NBC (Yes - NBC!) that Eric Holder signed the subphoena for the DOJ to grab FNC investigative reporter James Rosen’s phone record and personal emails that an FBI agent lied to a Judge stating Rosen was a criminal co-conspirator in espionage that endangers US national security and is also a “flight risk”.

Yet AG Holder had just a few days before (under sworn oath) said he knew nothing about going after journalists and that he he had never had any part of it. Lying under oath to Congess is a federal felony!

A current existing federal statute firmly states that a civilian employee (like AG Eric Holder) shalll be (not “may” be) subject to a five (5) year prison sentence and a fine if they are proven to have committed that federal felony of using the color (or cover) of government authority to commit that felony.

Now we have proof that US Attorney General Eric Holder attempted to illegally seal the records that the US Department of Justice illegally and unconstitutionally did go after journalists - specifically Fox News investicative reporter James Rosen (and his parents too!)

So AG Eric Holder has finally now sworn under oath that he has committed a federal criminal felony (not just a “civil” infraction of the law) to attack a person or political party.

“I do not recall” can not cut it with the IRS or the FBI or the DOJ. Politicians and bureaucrats work for the American citizens and are subject to the laws of America. They are not above the law and are not immune from the restrictions of the United States Constitution or the laws of the land.

Let us see how B Hussein Opansy II and Eric Holder attempt to deny this and walk away untouched.

The time has finally come to remove those infected and contagious parts that endanger Americans and America.

Doctor you shall cut and remove the cancers now.
