The Congress must re-claim its authority to "ALL" legislative authority...and put the brakes on Hussein.

Article 1 of the Constitution says ALL legislative authority is given to the Congress. NO authority to create law is given to the executive branch. It is created to enforce the domestic law and conduct foreign policy. About time Congress take away the law making ability from the bureaucracies it has created.

They'll never do it, and here's why: being that most of these bureaucratic 'laws' are very unpopular, the congress likes having the executive branch enacting them... it is simply their dodge away from accountability.
