This legal intimidation came all the way from the top. I guarantee it. I saw it 2008. Obama and his goons are experts at using legal shennanigans against their opponents. Even if Obama never directly said the words, “audit conservatives,” it was inherently understood to be his philosophy. They did his bidding.
Her pardon is already written out.

The letter is thin gruel. It does look like an auto signature. Issa’s investigators need to get the contact person mentioned in the letter to detail how he came to send his letter and his role in sending the Lerner letter. The questions in his letter are outrageous on their face. It is like asking someone setting up a business how they are going to conduct business before they conduct business. It is totally unnecessary and harassment.
What the committee and the IRS IG also need to look at is the actual audit records of 501C4 organizations.
If Lerner stands strong, continues to stonewall, and doesn’t spill the beans on higher-ups she will be rewarded by the Oba-Mafia with a different job, better pay and bonuses.
